IICRC
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification
(IICRC) is the foremost authority in certification and standard setting for the cleaning and restoration industry since 1972. With over 33,490 certified technicians and over 3,650 certified firms representing over thirty-three countries, the IICRC is the leading resource for trained floor covering inspectors, interior textile care and restoration professionals. Referrals are available through the IICRC Referral System at 800-835-4624 or at the IICRC web site at www.iicrc.org. The IICRC serves as an independent, non-profit certification body, to set and promote high standards and ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry. Blaze staff possesses certifications in specific areas of restoration including:

Applied Structural Drying - Applied Microbial Remediation -
Carpet Cleaning including Commercial - Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning -
Water Damage Restoration - Odor Control - F ire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Certified individuals and companies are respected by their customers and industry peers. They receive training in the newest techniques and information on the latest products. Increased knowledge breeds confidence in themselves and their services, which translates into increased sales and processing efficiency. In addition, they can expect regular referrals from the IICRC and promotion of IICRC certification through the organization's Web site, referral line and other marketing efforts. The IICRC works hard to develop relationships between our registrants and different facets of the industry. They make direct contact with affiliated partners in carpet and upholstery manufacturing, and in the insurance industry. The IICRC expends considerable effort informing others of the benefits of using our registrants and firms. The IICRC maintains a Consumer Web Site (www.certifiedcleaners.org) <http://www.certifiedcleaners.org> and an IICRC newsletter is distributed on a quarterly basis to our registrants, which provides information on the organization as well as the industry.

Our firm has met the requirements to be IICRC Certified. To do this we must, among other things:
1. Present accurate information to consumers and conduct business with honesty and integrity.
2. Have a technician on all jobs who has been formally trained and passed all required tests.
3. Have a continuing education program to keep our technicians up-to-date on the latest changes in the industry.
4. Maintain liability insurance to protect you in the event of an accident.
5. Maintain a written complaint policy and agree to Better Business Bureau or similar arbitration to resolve disputes, and accept the conclusions and recommendations of arbitration.
